Rug Care
Rotate
your rug at least twice a year to prevent wear and heavy traffic areas.
Your
rug should be vacuumed once a week avoiding any fringe. Vacuuming will
prevent dirt and soil from getting between the fibres causing erosion.
A
good quality pad will extend the wear of your rug and prevent slippage.
Sop
up any spills immediately so as to avoid staining with a dry towel,
then use a solution of white vinegar, water and mild detergent to gently
spot (don't scrub) the spot. Let air dry. Using a fan will help speed
the drying process. Dryers are a no-no as they can damage fibres and
cause the rug to deteriorate quickly.
